Course Consultants are the backbone of our programs. You are key support personnel whose primary responsibilities lay in being specialists and program subject matter experts within their assigned programs, providing customer relations assistance to parents and students, liaising them with teachers and managers.
Work location:
Cau Giay Center 2nd floor, NOCT1 E4 Yen Hoa New Urban, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
Long Bien Center, 60 Chu Huy Man street, Sai Dong Urban, Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
Working schedule:
5 days/ week during regular Fall & Spring term (Tue to Sun, off Mon & one day on weekday)
6 days/ week during summer & winter camp (day off will be advised later)
Working hours:
Spring/Fall:
Weekday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Weekend: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Summer/Winter: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Working time will be discussed and agreed with the supervisor.
Responsibilities and Duties
Sales & Enrollment
Follow-up to convert from potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target
Arrange diagnostic tests and meeting with customers;
Consult of prospective students and their families to offer the suitable course based on customers needs, and students information
Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance and documents to the Accounting Department
Customer relation management
Handle customer s inquiries.
Timely communicate feedback with internal team and make suggestions to improve organization
Provide good after sales service to have high parent/ student referral source
Administration
Arrange class for students;
Translate and interpret feedback/program information to support teacher teams
Collaborate with teachers to conduct parent teacher conferences
Organize and assist in PA exhibitions/workshops and other educational events.
Other tasks assigned by the first-line supervisor.
Education:
Bachelor degree from accredited university
Language requirement:
For Korean speaking course consultant 1 position:
Intermediate level in Korean (TOPIK 4 or above)
Fluency in Vietnamese, English (IELTS 6.0 or above) is a must.
For English speaking course consultant 1 position:
Excellent fluency in Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.5 or above) is a must.
Work experience:
For Korean speaking course consultant 1 position:
Experience in sales/customer service or working experience in the education industry is preferred.
For English speaking course consultant 1 position:
At least 1 year experience in sales/customer service, candidate has working experience in the sales education industry is preferred.
Skills and attitude:
Strong translation and problem solving skills.
Ability to work under high pressure and target.
High customer service mindset.
