• Manage service providers’ contracts, audits, reports & invoices for all soft services.
• Perform the day-to-day inspections and administrative works required to ensure work progress and productivity performance and maintain updated records for activities.
• Assist management in any work needed such as drafting & developing agreements, AMCs, KPIs, analyzing suppliers’ performance.
• Analysis of waste disposal & permits for hazardous waste disposal.
• Purchase orders: Coordinate with procurement department to receive proposals for soft service projects and follow up for LPOs.
• Administration: archiving, filing, and record keeping for all documents related to soft services, contracts and agreements, quotations, purchase orders, progress reports… etc. to ensure easy future reference and ensure that documents & record related to soft services are up to date and reflecting the actual practice.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that appropriate services are being provided and resolve any remarks or complaints from end users.
• Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment: Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are followed.
