• Delivery and facilitation of the JBH Welcome Program, and core Jumeirah courses under Jumeirah’s Service Culture (HEART of Jumeirah, Spirit of Jumeirah), Jumeirah Leadership Foundations and Leaders Development programs.
• Oversee the JBH Welcome programme is delivered consistently to hotel standards
• Manage the management trainee and internship programmes to ensure they are being implemented correctly within the business unit.
• Ensures team standards are consistent in the “Train and Develop Colleagues” Process and “Assess Colleague Competence and Performance” Process
• Manages internal and external learning and development communication
• Responsible for Learning Attendance, by communicating with JBH HODs and Trainers to nominate colleagues for training sessions
• Responsible for updating learning attendance sheets on Oracle Learn
• Design and develop training materials and courses that are consistent with other JBH and Jumeirah training programmes
• Generate and communicate eLearning Compliance reports from Oracle Fusion, and ensure all departments are compliant with the deadlines
• Deliver Trainer development programmes to develop, assess and certify departmental trainers
