•Responsible for customer service of local sales team import/export
•Once pricing confirms shipment, initiate communication with network/local carrier and customer
•On time updating of shipment
•Review documents and arrange for arrival/departure
•Co-ordinate with internal operations for further DO release or clearance and delivery
•Billing Instruction to finance
•Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting to customer on shipments / KPI’s
•Monitor lead time and proactively provide solutions
•Review of customer performance along with the Sales owner (Uptrend and Downtrend)
