On-boarding process administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements);

Off-boarding process administration
.
Employee letters (e.g
verification letters) and Employment contracts modifications;
.
Medical and benefits administration;
.
Leave administration;
.
Excel based reporting related to HR activities
.
Managing HR service requests in CRM (PeopleSoft and Salesforce) according to Golden rules;
.
Being the point of contact for employees queries and direct them to the right channel if needed;
.
Involvement in process integration if required;
.
Initiate improvement ideas and action on it;
.
Coordinate and provide data and information to payroll for monthly closing;
.
Comply with all required policies & local labor law.
