Senior Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Advising on legal and contractual risk in multiple jurisdictions, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts for Onshore and Offshore projects with customers
• Assisting with preparation and negotiation of supply chain contracts.
• Assisting with claims and change order preparation and prosecution.
• Assisting with the development and negotiation of joint venture and consortium agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Developing and delivering training for employees on contracts and compliance topics.
• Working with the MENA Compliance team in conducting investigations into ethics and compliance matters.
• Working with the Insurance team in overall management of claims and insurance portfolio.
