- Acquiring and maintaining accreditation of the laboratory according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- Manage and oversee department quality control documentation, review quality control, and take action to resolve quality control concerns.
- Documentation of all QC and QA within the department.
- Develop strategic skills by Identifying staff training needs and ensuring that staff members are qualified in terms of appropriate education, training, competence, and/or experience for their assigned tasks.
- Prioritize and facilitate implementation of process improvements across all testing sites thoroughly and effectively.
- Manage all lab operations and integration with other departments within the company/facility.
- Maintain a safe work environment that complies with all state, federal and company regulations.
- Manage lab personnel (i.e., training, hiring, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Authorizing reports and results.
- Develop and implement administrative and technical policies and procedures for resource utilization, financial performance service standards, and compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies requirements.
- Evaluate new and existing test methodologies, current test mix, policy and procedure development/implementation, training, and compliance with regulatory and accrediting issues.
- Make recommendations for an alternative methodology of current procedures as indicated and coordinate changes as required.
- Monitor appropriate test utilization; develop and ensure compliance with all departmental policies, procedures for performance, quality control, and preventive maintenance.
- Plan and prepare departments capital and operational budgets, operating the department within budgetary constraints.
- Understand laboratory policies and procedures in order to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and monitor all laboratory process improvement indicators including incident reports, turnaround time, service guarantees, employee errors, outcome standards.
- Monitor inventory and submit a monthly report on time to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality of companys records, clients, and personnel matters at all times.
- Document teammate competence to include orientation, departmental training, and complete understanding of all areas of assignment.
- Overall responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities in the department Interacting with clients in terms of quotation, technical clarification, etc.
- Prepare test solution, compounds, and reagents for lab personnel to conduct test.
- Assisting in the finalization of purchase & service activities.
- Overall coordination of lab functioning.

- Education qualification Post-Graduation in Chemistry .
- Knowledge of general administration of a modern Chemistry lab.
- Should be currentlyin UAE and willing to join immediately.
