Reporting to the Head of Operations Performance, the Operations Performance Analyst will conduct standardized data analysis on existing operating procedures, develops process improvements and refinements using cost/benefit analysis, and creates and revises procedure bulletins; acts as a subject matter expert on business systems and provides basic technical assistance to support overall strategic, business, and operational planning, performance measurement, monitoring, and reporting.
