- Lead the analysis of user behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and goals for product growth initiatives, and establish a framework for tracking and reporting on progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive growth initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the success of growth initiatives.
- Identify and prioritise target customer segments and create tailored growth strategies for each segment.
- Analyse user data and feedback to inform product improvements and feature enhancements.
- Implement user acquisition and retention programs to increase customer base and enhance loyalty.
- Work closely with the tech team to prioritise and launch new features that contribute to user growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive product adoption and engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to expand product reach.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay informed about potential opportunities for growth.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimise product performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on growth metrics and progress toward goals.
- Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies based on performance data and market dynamics
