Whats the role
This Finance Manager will play a key role in advancing our strategic financial initiatives and conducting scenario analysis to aid decision-making at PXGEO. You will be responsible for creating and implementing detailed financial models that explore different business scenarios helping our organization make insightful financial decisions in an ever-changing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scenario Planning & Modeling:
- Develop and maintain financial models to simulate various business scenarios (e.g. operational and commercial changes)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze the impact of different scenarios
- Present scenario outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Assist the budgeting and forecasting process across departments.
- Analyze financial performance and identify key variances.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Strategic Support:
- Partner with senior management to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Support long-range planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform financial strategy.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly and annual management reporting.
- Monitor financial health and recommend corrective actions when needed
Who are we looking for
- Bachelors or masters degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis roles with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to build complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and decision support.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Strong Proficiency in financial modeling tools and software (e.g. Excel financial modeling software).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software is a plus.
