Partner with the best
Region Sales Leader is responsible for Delivering revenue and profitable growthand expandingmarket sharefor the assigned Business Segment within the Region (WC MENATI. He / She will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationshipsandpromoting Baker Hughes value propositionto new and existing customers throughout the MENATI Region. Regional Sales leader is also responsible for driving the Baker Hughes HSE culture aligning with the customers HSE expectations and reinforcing theHSE 5 Fundamentalsas part of flawless service execution.
As a Region Sales Leader you will be responsible for
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Owning thedevelopment and execution of regional sales strategiesfor Well Construction; collaborating with Global Segment HQ and Global OFSE HQ on theannual Commercial Intensity and Sales plans.
- Opportunity Management
- Deploying teamsto identify opportunities andowning/maintaining the opportunity pipelineacross singlePL crossPL and IS opportunities.
- Identifying and taggingEarly Engagement (EE)andMustWin (MW)opportunities to ensure visibility with global teams.
- Market Intelligence
- Capturing and reporting regionalmarket/competitor intelligence includingTotal Available Market (TAM) to guide strategy and targeting.
- Target Setting & Coverage
- Setting regional sales targetsand ensuring appropriate distribution across PL teams;overseeing sellingof the full portfolio (Direct Sales & Service & Rental Revenue)
- CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Coordinating withtechnology engineering quality HSE commercial legal finance and billing & collectionsto enable winning proposals and smooth execution.
- Revenue Assurance
- Supporting billing and collection targetsby engaging customers to resolve issues promptly; maintaining customer responsiveness throughout the salestoexecution cycle.
- Sales Leadership
- Leading a large high-performing sales team ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors or Postgraduate degree from accredited institutions
- Have over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry specializing in well construction operations.
- Have built and maintained trusted customer relationships through proactive and solution-driven communication.
- Have managed large-scale business operations and revenue portfolios with strategic oversight and commercial accountability.
- Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Have work experience within Middle East North Africa Turkey and India in Well construction sales role.
