Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Lead the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for the Saudi market across brand acquisition and lifecycle initiatives.
Partner with group brand digital and commercial teams to ensure local campaigns are aligned with regional strategic priorities.
Oversee 360 campaign execution across ATL BTL digital retail and owned media environments.
Manage and coordinate with creative agencies media buyers and production vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.
Serve as a bridge between the commercial and brand teamsensuring that business objectives are reflected in marketing plans and positioning.
Track KPIs analyze performance and optimize based on consumer insights and learnings.
Provide leadership to agency and internal marketing team members creating clarity accountability and collaboration.
Support cross-market knowledge sharing contribute to shared campaign frameworks and help scale regional best practices.
Qualifications & Attributes
Were seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business Administration or related field.
Experience
8 years in integrated marketing brand management or campaign strategy with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience delivering full-funnel marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian marketregulations consumer behavior cultural nuances.
Prior experience in telco tech or digital services is a plus.
Technical Skills
Must-haves:
Strong understanding of brand strategy campaign development media planning and marketing analytics.
Experience with customer segmentation channel mix optimization and budget management.
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with Martech tools CRM platforms and performance marketing concepts.
