GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
The below General Obligations are for all Studios Staff:
- As a representative of Studio 360 should maintain the integrity and sprit of the organization.
- Attend meetings and workshops as needed to contribute intellectually to the organizational needs. And if leading a meeting minute and share the notes as per set procedures immediately and follow up till task completion.
- Should adhere to all studio manuals procedures and protocols.
- Always deliver high quality output/standards as per the role and engineering discipline involved.
- Assist LDP(Leadership) office and immediate reporting authority in achieving the Studios Vision as set by Board/Investors.
- To be highly organized self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skills
- Is required to devote himself/herself exclusively to the performance of his duty during the working hours and if required beyond for the efficient discharge of duties.
- To be in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables an its status.
- Flag the risks of delays cost overruns and quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment its known.
- While going on vacation and during weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables which affects our/client business needs. Set up Proxy system while not able to stay in communication so tasks are completed and RAs have constant update on the tasks for effective tracking.
- Be accountable for own work and subordinates work.
- Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Should be able to perform under pressure and tight targets.
- Follow all QA/QC check for all work procedures under the scope.
- Should be always in smart business attire.

Role Description:
SR. Architect must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work. Experience with residential and hospitality interiors is essential.
Requirements: - Strong creative thinker with the ability to lead the creative process and develop intelligent. thoughtful and considered design.
- Good understanding of the construction process working with Design team.
- Ability to communicate design ideas visually and verbally within the studio and externally have excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to provide alternative solutions to match with the site requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare GFC drawing log for each project.
- prepare RFP logs (subcontractor) and RFP update trackers
- Generate Look ahead from the engineering program
- Coordinate with structural PT Faade Landscaping MEP waterproof & ID and other sub-contractors.
- Monitor GFC Logs with DC
- prepare RFI and follow up with Design team to get a reply.
- Response to the Site RFIs and forward to design team if required.
- Do site coordination with main contractor and subcontractor
- Strong leader with experience of managing draftsmans team.
- Follow up with the draftsmans team to prepare shop drawing and answer and review shop drawing anddeliver consistently on time.
- Review the shop drawing with all discipline and forward to DC to upload in INAXUS for final approval
- approved the shop drawing through INAXUS.
- Review and approve the shop drawing for other engineers in the team.
- Update the Draftsmans about the bulk material and typical details in the projects
- Working closely with Technical Manager.
- Working closely with Technical Manager.
- Great organizational skills grasp of detail and the ability to think ahead program workflow and manage his team while helping them grow.
- Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external teams.
- Review the preparation of the material which is prepared by material engineer and overall concept direction and vision for the project in accordance with the Brand Standards/Guidelines. And assisting in reviewing commenting and finalizing physical samples at every stage of the project.
- Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines as required per each stage. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
