As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in our global success by attracting and engaging top talent across continents. This is more than recruitment it is about being a strategic partner to the business and helping build the teams that will drive tomorrows innovation.
Key Missions
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Own the full recruitment cycle for various business functions from job briefing to offer presentation in close collaboration with HR teams across different regions (Europe North America Asia Pacific and India Middle East and Africa)
- Act as a true business partner to hiring managers human resources counterparts and top management with a strong presence at C-level and VP-level interactions
- Serve as a trusted advisor utilizing a consultative approach to guide hiring teams throughout the process and in all talent acquisition related topics including recruiting best practices and market trends
- Design and implement hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and talent market trends
- Drive sourcing strategies using your expertise in direct approach and headhunting particularly for niche profiles (R&D Engineering IT Operations)
- Lead and contribute to transversal projects such as developing global recruitment frameworks and participating in the definition of worldwide recruitment strategies
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience by actively managing communication feedback and engagement throughout the process
- Build and nurture talent pipelines attend career fairs and campus events and continuously look for new ways to strengthen our employer brand
- Track and report key metrics to evaluate hiring performance and identify areas of improvement using our ATS and internal dashboards
Profile & Other Information
- Graduate of a business school or equivalent university program (masters level or bachelors degree plus 5 years of relevant experience) with a desire to join a global leader in the technology sector
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency and/or in-house talent acquisition team recruiting for a variety of roles and levels
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition ideally in a matrixed organization with international scope and multicultural teams
- Exceptional ability to thrive under pressure and deliver desired outcomes in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
- Strong ability in direct sourcing and headhunting for complex high-demand roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in English is required
- Ability to converse in Arabic and/or French would be beneficial as this role covers Middle East and Africa among other regions
- Microsoft Office and ATS proficiency as well as aptitude to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
