JOB PURPOSE
Du executives will be responsible for the du KPIs within the assigned outlet. His/her prime focus will be to achieve the outlet level targets by driving Activations visibility Merchandising as well and ensuring store standards are maintain in the outlets assigned.
Du executive will have to develop sustainable revenue from the outlets and areas assigned to ensure growth.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Achieving the Product KPIs Tier 12 & 3
- Visibility and Merchandising
- Sales / Activation -Provide information on the product by live demonstration or verbal communication showing its capabilities that will help customer to make buying decision
- Customer/Dealer Relations

- Tier 1 Volume Target and Point Target to be achieved Monthly
- Tier 2 90% Quality Activation should be maintain (i.e Customer should be in network for minimum 90 days
- Tier 3 Follow the company policy and procedures on a daily basis in terms of Day End/DSR/Stock Management/Cash Deposits and reporting
- Ensure that all POS materials are available and displayed
- Responsible for driving the growth across Product categories assigned (prepaid/postpaid/FNL/Bill Payment/MNMI)
- Ensure the location offers are visually appealing
- Achieve monthly du Express target
- Achieve the point target and monthly objectives
- Daily update on location target and achievement by weekly/monthly/
- Track the SOH in the outlets for products assigned.
- Customer feedback and satisfaction with performance
- Track and report Competitor information and activities etc
