Develop business through direct sale channels.
MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing direct sales team and other channels of distribution to grow the medical and nonmedical lines of business. Actively involve managing the direct business portfolio
- Responsible for providing high level of service to clients with the aim of developing and ensure expansion of the general insurance portfolio by means of value added services.
- Conducting product presentations internally and externally.
- Identifying market trends and target customers needs to review and recommend product /service offerings.
- Working closely with underwriters to retain existing business and develop new business for both individual and corporate accounts.
- Liaise with various channels and operational areas to ensure quality services to Medical customers.
- Ensuring payments are collected on time
- Preparing and conducting scheme presentations to clients with aim of providing high service levels.
- Analyzing and evaluating internal work flow process and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Exploring and understanding new market practices procedures and implementing procedures as applicable.
- Quarterly/Monthly reviews with clients.
Qualifications :

- Education/Certifications: BIBF Diploma in Insurance LOMA FLMI
- Practical/Technical Experience: Graduate or experience of 1 or 2 years in sales/client servicing. No insurance experience required
- Good command in English Preferably bilingual
- Computer Skills: Computer Literate
