Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming phone calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar
- Provide clients with information about clinic services treatments and procedures
- Assist clients with checkin complete necessary forms and update client records
- Keep the reception and waiting areas clean organized and inviting
- Handle billing inquiries process payments and assist with insurance verification as required
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements - Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
- Experience with appointment scheduling and clinic management software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
