Position: Account Manager

Based: Dubai UAE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales efforts to exceed customer expectations collaborating seamlessly with R&D Marketing and other cross functional teams.
  • CustomerCentric Approach: Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs ensuring we deliver unparalleled value.
  • Work closely with R&D and Marketing Teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Identify new category opportunities through a close connection with marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Keep abreast of internal & external landscape to ensure understanding of future capabilities/technologies that could provide new opportunity.
  • Coordinate & manage customer set up changes in price files products credit & debit notes.
  • Work closely with Commercialisation team on Salesforce Opportunity Managment
  • Drive internal and external process improvements to minimize SLOB and where externally driven claim back.
  • Ensure aged debt is recovered and adherence improved.
  • Execute growth agenda: organic share category.
  • Develop and maintain high quality relationships within existing customers across all departments including Procurement SC and R&D.
  • Support other Flavour Solution sites within EMEA as appropriate.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in food science Food Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • B2B experience in Account Management in Food Industry preferably in selling flavours with a proven sales record in the GCC Food industry.
  • Industry Network: Strong connections within the GCC Food Industry leveraging your network to drive success.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Decision making in ambiguous situations.
  • English Speaking is a must. Arabic speaking would be an added advantage.
  • Simplifying complex situations.
  • Salesforce experience would be an advantage
