Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain HSE policies procedures and guidelines for site operations ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Lead HSE inspections audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HSE teams fostering a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents accidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with project management and subcontractors to address HSE concerns and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics preparing regular reports for management review and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in HSE management and incorporate relevant updates into company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients regulatory authorities and other stakeholders demonstrating professionalism and expertise in HSE matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 Plus years of experience in HSE management with at least 5 years in UAE.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Senior/Manager role.
- Level 6 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) or equivalent.
- Good proficiency in DM and ADOSH (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System Framework).
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
- Strong personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in building and Infra construction projects is essential.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for facetoface client interviews.
