Amazon is in search of a dynamic and customercentric Learning Business Partner (LBP) with a track record of driving business outcomes and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our Operations learning initiatives within the (AMET) region. Countries supported in this region consist of UAE Saudi Egypt Turkey and South Africa. As a key member of the Global Operations Learning and Development (GOLD) team the LBP will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership development landscape across the region through innovative business partnering.

You will collaborate closely with operational stakeholders worldwide to strategically plan and execute learning events programs and initiatives tailored to the specific needs of both new and existing buildings. You will nurture effective relationships with stakeholders in World Wide Operations support functions and external vendors all aimed at delivering for our customer.

With proven experience within the Leadership Development space the Learning Business Partner will be required to leverage this experience in order to support countries in managing their needs assessment and thinking big to provide innovative approaches for customers.

You are someone that motivates others to action has proven capabilities in managing projects and demonstrates the ability to effectively manage often competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a passion for customer experience a high level of flexibility commitment and the ability to focus on continuous improvement.

Key job responsibilities
End to end management of core learning solutions in to the market ensure effective implementation and a focus on continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and work backwards to ensure these are feed to the product teams resulting in targeted solutions driving business impact informed by insights into learners goals challenges and preferences.
Use datadriven approaches to to influence business objectives utilizing various delivery methods for optimal outcomes.
Analyze business data for actionable insights communicating findings effectively through reports to contribute to regional business reviews and strategic planning.
Provide coaching and feedback to leaders on leadership development addressing skills gaps to foster effective management practices.
Support and execute Launch Learning activities for new buildings.
Support with facilitation where required focusing on delivering a high quality learning experience.


Proven experience in stakeholder management within a complex organisational structure
4 years of leadership development experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information verbally and in writing concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customercentric manner.
Experience planning and coordinating training large meetings or events.
Experience with Outlook MS Excel Word and Learning Management Systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects end to end often with conflicting deadlines.
Ability to travel up to 30 of the time.
Strong Verbal and Writing communication skills.

Degree in a relevant field such as business education organizational development human resources etc.
Experience with SharePoint
Experience designing or developing learning solutions
Work experience with career progression in the field of training and development.
