Ontime Group is urgently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper for our Construction and FitOut projects. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks contributing to the successful completion of projects with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and take down of construction sites and work areas
- Support skilled workers with their tasks and duties including carpentry electrical and plumbing work
- Load and unload materials tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment ensuring safety standards are met
- Help with basic measurements and preparations for construction tasks
- Follow instructions and adhere to project timelines
- Report any issues or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Helper in construction or fitout projects is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts as required
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Must be available to start immediately
