This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of a fully staffed highend residence catering to a large family.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a House Manager ideally with a strong butler background
Experience managing and motivating a large team within a fully staffed private residence
Exceptional training and mentoring skills the ability to lead by example and implement structured training programs is essential
Strong background in event coordination and logistics
High attention to detail with the ability to uphold the highest standards in household management
Culturally sensitive professional and adaptable
Confident managing the needs of a large family 10 members)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and all staff within the household
Implement and maintain high service standards across all departments
Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff and ensure consistency in performance
Coordinate and manage inhouse events and functions to a luxury standard
Manage household logistics schedules and guest services
Act as the main point of contact between the family and household staff
Maintain discretion professionalism and a calm demeanor under pressure
