Are you a finalyear Urban Planning student looking to gain realworld experience while finishing your degree AECOMs Undergraduate Program offers UAE Nationals the chance to work alongside some of the best minds in the industry and contribute to projects that shape cities and communities.
What Youll Do:
As an Undergraduate Urban Planner youll support the team on real projects while learning key planning skills. Your tasks may include:
- Gaining experience with research and report writing in Urban Planning
- Supporting project managers with meeting notes presentations and planning documents
- Conducting site visits and helping assess development opportunities
- Learning local planning regulations and zoning codes
- Helping maintain internal planning resources and reference libraries
- Contributing ideas on urban planning trends and best practices

Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Urban Planning.
- Expected Graduation: 2026 (finalyear students).
- GPA: Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) to be considered.
- Start Date: May 2025.
- Duration: 12 months from start date.
- Eligibility: As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
