As a Assistant SPA Manager you will lead the SPA operations drive success through strategic leadership and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee and manage all daytoday spa operations to meet business objectives.
- Develop longterm strategies performance benchmarks and standards to deliver consistent highquality service.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across therapists technicians and front desk staff. Recruit train develop and lead the spa team to deliver high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Promote teamwork and a collaborative environment placing emphasis on service excellence.
- Provide direction coaching and motivation to team members setting clear expectations and goals.
- Participate in hotel leadership meetings and crossdepartment collaboration.
- Create and manage staff schedules aligned with business demands special events and operational priorities.
- Ensure all team members are trained to the highest standard.
- Promote and sell spa services and treatments to maximize revenue.
- Monitor individual retail performance provide coaching and incentives to drive sales.
- In collaborations with other key departments plan and execute spa promotions and seasonal packages evaluating success and ROI.
Qualifications :
- Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in 5star Luxury Hotel.
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the companys values.
- Youre a strong team leader a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
- You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solutionfocused approach
