Job Description:
Preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed plans for the maintenance installation and repair of fire protection systems overseeing the scheduling coordination and of fire protection system inspections testing and maintenance activities. This role ensures that all systems are functioning properly and in compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- repare accurate cost estimates for fire protection system maintenance installation and repair projects. This includes materials labor and equipment costs.
- Maintain uptodate records of all estimates contracts and correspondence related to fire system maintenance projects..
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance inspections and testing for fire protection systems ensuring compliance with fire safety codes.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections maintenance activities repairs and system reports for clients and regulatory authorities.
- Serve as the point of contact between clients internal teams and regulatory agencies ensuring clear communication regarding maintenance schedules inspections and any issues that arise.
Education:
- A Diploma or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or a related technical field).
Skills:
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple projects and schedules effectively.
- Proficiency in computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite fire system management software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating between teams and clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems related to fire protection systems.
