We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Boy to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space including common areas and meeting rooms
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and managing mail
- Prepare refreshments for meetings and run errands as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and restock as necessary
- Support team members with various adhoc tasks and ensure office equipment functionality
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills including MS Office proficiency
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic with a professional demeanor
- Physical ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment
- Reliable punctual with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
