- Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the automotive industry with significant experience in OEM sales and a deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem. Proven experience in working directly with toptier OEMs like Toyota BMW Volkswagen Nissan MG BYD Chery. - Network & Connections:
Established and extensive network of seniorlevel contacts within OEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decisionmakers. - Product Knowledge:
Indepth understanding of automotive products technologies and market trends particularly within the highend and luxury automotive segments. - Leadership:
Proven track record in leading and managing highperforming sales teams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets. - Negotiation Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close largescale complex deals. - Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Location:
The candidate must be based in the Dubai with a willingness to travel as needed to OEM offices events and conferences. - Skills:
