Location: Umm Al Quwain

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (starter main course noodles rice soups etc.
* Maintain hygiene and quality standards
* Plan menu specials and collaborate on new items
* Monitor stock and kitchen supplies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Chinese cuisine (minimum 3 5 years)
* Ability to manage kitchen operations
* Good communication and teamwork skills
