Event Operation Manager - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Event Manager to join their dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and with a proven track record of managing largescale events from conception to completion. This role requires creativity strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan organize and execute a wide range of events including corporate functions exhibitions conferences and social events.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  
• Manage event budgets ensuring costeffective solutions without compromising on quality.
  
• Liaise with vendors suppliers and stakeholders to ensure all logistics are in place for successful event delivery.
  
• Oversee onsite event management including setup and postevent breakdown.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all phases of event planning and .
  
• Conduct postevent evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement feedback for future events.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.
  

Requirements

To be considered for the role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in event management preferably within the UAE.
  
• Proven experience in managing largescale events with a portfolio of successful events.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients vendors and team members.
  
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering highquality events.
  
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
