الوصف الوظيفي
To develop and enhance programs events and initiatives for the Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP) engaging key partners and industry experts to achieve the objectives of the unit. The position will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders thirdparty service providers and crossfunctional teams ensuring that all programs and activities are executed on time and aligned with ZSPs goals.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the implementation of the Zayed Sustainability Prize programs including planning scheduling and coordinating all activities related to each program.
- Identify and develop new programs that enhance the Prizes existing activities.
- Manage and enhance the Prizes youth focused activities and programs.
- Identify opportunities that create further awareness and position the Prize as a thought leader globally.
- Coordinate any third parties that are engaged to deliver programs for the Prize to ensure objectives are met on time and budget with limited risk.
- Manage the delivery of program content for the Prizes thought leadership platforms as needed ensuring that all targets and objectives are met.
- Streamline and ensure the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs.
- Support with the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally.
- Support the roll out of the Prizes Ambassador Program and suggest ways to drive further engagement of the Ambassadors involved.
- Identify new partners for the Prize that will enhance its existing and new programs to ensure long term sustainability and growth.
Qualifications :
Preferred Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic fastpaced diverse environment.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
- Ability to influence decisionmakers to implement internal enhancement initiatives.
- Experience in both officebased and site environment.
- Strong writing and editorial skills.
