DescriptionOntime Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Executive for our Compliance Services division. In this role you will be responsible for promoting our compliance solutions to clients across various sectors helping them navigate and meet regulatory requirements while ensuring their operations remain efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in need of compliance services for healthcare clinics
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and compliance challenges.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our compliance services.
- Negotiate contracts and secure agreements with clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with compliance experts within the company to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Record all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in business law or a related field.
- Driving License
- Proven experience in sales preferably in compliance or regulatory services.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of various industries and their compliance needs is a plus.
