In this vital role you will assist in delivering highquality nursing care to patients in their homes ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while providing support to the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in providing patient care including personal hygiene mobility assistance and medication reminders
- Monitor patients health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Help patients with daily living activities and ensure their safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Educate patients and their families about care plans medications and health practices
- Adhere to established infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with team members patients and families to foster a supportive care environment
Requirements - Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Experience in home healthcare or similar nursing environments is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and take initiative as needed
- Good organizational and time management skills
