Junior Quantity Surveyor

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a multinational top tier building construction company headquartered in Dubai, UAE with global presence. Our client has experience working on landmark high-rise & multi-facet projects and is looking for a JuniorQuantity Surveyor in Dubai, UAE. The role is on a contractual basis for a period of six months.

- Responsible for assisting in budget calculations, learning how to manage project deadlines, learning the governing rules and regulations, and performing proper client and employee relations actions.

- Must have an undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying.

- Should demonstrate leadership capabilities and must pass a background check

- Must become familiar with department of transportation rules and guidelines.

- Responsible for proper land surveying and proper reporting procedures, depending on company requirements.

- Requires frequent travel to project sites and to client locations to help establish a deadline and requirements for project completion.

- Should have good computer skills and understand surveying software.

Requirements

- Qualification in Quantity Surveying from a reputed University

- Highly motivated to learn and add value to Senior Management

- 4-5 years experience working with a Main contractor (high rise)
