سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيJob Purpose: Network, build, and foster relationships with both clients and IT talent Build new customers for the organization and close the deals generated for those customers Match and place IT Professionals in the right position Ensure the clients’ needs are understood and met Job description (Responsibilities & Accountabilities) Manage the full end to end recruitment life cycle including sourcing and screening, selection of applicants, interview arrangement, contracts finalization, from junior to managerial level candidates. Responsible to provide the candidate the basic information about the job and MPH and to request in return all information needed for the initial contact, ie. a minimum of candidate’s availability, current location, point of mobilization, expected day/monthly rate and references. Maintain the candidate’s database in the system Optimization of the effectiveness of current job portals in terms of sourcing and reporting systems in place and proactive research for new and up-to-date innovative recruiting strategies. Accountable to assist the Account Manager, Operations Director and the Business Development team with the suitable profiles matching the requirements. Create rapport and strengthen relationship to clients to ensure successful business continuance Obtain regular feedbacks from the clients and adopts strategies to improve the service performance in co-ordination with the Operations Director. Provide necessary inputs to the MIS reports generated by the Account Manager. Format the resumes to MPH standard format. Responsible to accomplish the complete sourcing process through Moby Engage in regular networking with the candidates to update the database on a regular basis. Responsible to update and adhere to the KPI’s on a monthly basis to meet the requirements of Business Development & Operations. Responsible to be adept with the competitor information for the projects/clients assigned and appraise the Operations Director.
Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]: Track record as a business developer/sales. (Preference for experience in the IT recruitment industry) 2 years’ plus business development experience and recruiting IT talent. Able to meet and exceed sales quotas and a passion to produce results. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Adept at negotiating contracts and closing sales. A strong work ethic and a sense of commitment Ability to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency
