Qualifications

• Proven experience 9 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Experience working in various sectors is essential.
• Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
