Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

– Sales Manager mustresearch and build strong network with all retail supermarket & hypermarket chains in UAE.

– Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

– Meet planned sales goals.

– Set individual sales targets with the sales team.

– Track sales goals and report results to higher management.

– Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

– Promote the organization and products.

– Find new channels for increasing sales of the company.

– Collecting customer feedback and market research.

– Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Job Requirements:

– Minimum4-5 years of sales experience in the food / packaging industry in UAE.

– Minimum1-2 years of experience in managing a teamof 5-7 Sales Executives.

–Experienced in selling products (i.e., food products, packaging products etc.) to various supermarkets & hypermarkets.

– Target driven with proven sales records.

– Strongnetwork with retail supermarket & hypermarketchains.

– Help in developing products for the company depending on the retail market or what the market requires.
