Administering Employee Training Programs
Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.
Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence.
Ensures employees receive on-going training.
Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness
Partners with operational leaders to assess if employees demonstrate effective technical and leadership skills.
Measure transfer of learning from training courses to the operation.
Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets
Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance.
Makes any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate.
Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
Drives brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities.
Managing Training Budgets
Collaborate with External Training Partners as and when needed
To organize and conduct induction programs for all the new recruits.
Drive documented progression report as part of regular review to highlight progress, improvement or lack of progress and promote, demote or terminate after agreeing with key stakeholders
Align with HR and manager on local compliance requirement and build in international best practices.
Implement online training and offline training program, document progress on mandatory and non-mandatory annual, quarterly and monthly training program,
Drive and follow through with teams to ensure implementation of talent development program. Seek feedback and adjust where required after agreeing with management
To coordinate & assist different enterprise groups of the company across different regions.
Job Requirements:
Certified trainer with 8-10 years of experienceas trainer with Management Consulting or Service oriented firms
Experience with dealing with C-level executives
Experience in setting up a team and managing themas well as training internal staff
Knowledge of performance appraisal, building company culture, etc.
