RETAIL SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Retail Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products
• Reaching the targets and goals
• Monitor the performance of existing retail sales staff
• Assign duties to store sales staff
• Prepare sales staff rosters
• Answer questions that sales staff have about their duties, rosters, and other aspects of work life
• Answer complex questions and resolve complaints that other sales staff are unable to solve to the customer’s satisfaction
• Motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, improve their efficiency, and meet sales quotas
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Develop and maintain retail store budgets
• Monitor inventory levels and order new products as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum4-5 years’ experience in supervising in the Retail Marketlike supermarkets or hypermarkets in UAE
• Age: Below 35 years
• Experienced in selling products (i.e., food products, packaging products etc.)
• Experienced on food industry like supermarkets
• Will help in developing products for our company depending on the retail market or what the market requires
• Previous experience as a Sales Representative required
