Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Sanitization Team Leader who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring adherence to sanitation processes in the production facility. The role requires coordinating with supervisors to maintain quality standards organizing the sanitation team and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in meat and poultry processing industries with strong leadership skills to support production efficiency and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and control sanitization activities across all production lines.
Assist the supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and sanitization standards.
Help organize and manage the sanitation team effectively.
Act as a substitute for the supervisor during training periods or leave.
Identify and escalate any nonconformities in processes safety hazards food safety risks or quality issues to the supervisor.
Manage and oversee the ordering of sanitation materials and ensure adequate inventory levels.
Implement and uphold sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Take proactive measures to prevent product loss and minimize process waste.
Focus on reducing s and rework generation to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in production specifically in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
At least 3 years of experience in the Production Department of a multinational company.
Strong knowledge of sanitization processes food safety standards and quality compliance.
Leadership abilities to manage and organize a team effectively.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory standards.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and production
