Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales in corporate and other key market segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new partnerships.
- Conduct sales calls site inspections and presentations to showcase the hotels offerings.
- Actively prospect and qualify leads to maximize revenue potential.
Revenue Generation & Strategy:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing promotions and sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in sales blitzes networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide personalized service to highprofile clients ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage client accounts negotiate contracts and secure longterm partnerships.
- Handle inquiries prepare proposals and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases regularly.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the Events Marketing and Revenue teams to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless of client bookings and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports forecasts and sales performance analysis.
Qualifications :
- Highly passionate and energetic marketer willing to evolve in an innovative and fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with key market segments Corporate Sales Group Sales Government Sales Incentives Conventions and Meeting Sales
- Highly energetic with demonstrated exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Bachelors Degree and/or Hotel Management Degree is an asset
- Ability to develop relationships with all levels of clientele and interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Astute attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
