Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers Excel sheets and HR reports. Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals databases and manpower supply agencies. Screening CVs shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Sending interview confirmations followups and feedback notifications. Familiarity with UAE labor laws. Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
