Role Overview
Were looking for a Recruitment Specialist who knows how to source screen and close candidates efficiently. If you have a proactive mindset enjoy headhunting and can manage multiple roles with urgency wed love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Recruitment Execution:
- Client & Candidate Management:
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn job boards and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability before submission.
- Maintain a pipeline of readytohire talent for future roles.
- Work on multiple roles across Real Estate Construction and Engineering sectors.
- Ensure quick turnarounds in CV submissions and interview coordination.
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer finalization.
- Understand client requirements and ensure quality candidate matches.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 24 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong Sourcing Skills: Ability to find candidates quickly via job portals and LinkedIn.
- TargetDriven Approach: Must be comfortable working in a KPIdriven environment.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
- TechSavvy: Experience with ATS or CRM tools is a plus.
