الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure maintenance specifically in roads bridges tunnels and underpasses. The ideal candidate must possess a Civil Engineering degree a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE and a valid UAE Driving License. This role demands excellent leadership technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of roads bridges tunnels and underpasses in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery within cost constraints.
- Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress assess quality and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress including financial performance schedules and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations including ADM and RTA requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team fostering collaboration and maintaining high levels of team productivity.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure maintenance including roads bridges tunnels and underpasses.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE infrastructure regulations and standards.
