Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent for our clients. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a fastpaced environment
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
