الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead and coordinate projects involving commercial malls airports stations and other public buildings.
- Serve as the primary coordinator within multidisciplinary teams ensuring seamless integration of architectural and engineering components.
- Collaborate on the spatial design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) systems to meet project specifications.
- Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with design standards spatial requirements and client objectives.
- Identify and address design conflicts and ensure alignment across project disciplines.
- Manage project timelines ensuring all coordination tasks are completed on schedule.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Urban Engineering or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in project coordination for highcomplexity public infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in coordinating MEP systems spatial requirements and resolving design challenges.
- Experience working on highvalue projects exceeding AED 200M budget is desirable.
- Proficiency in design and coordination tools such as AutoCAD Revit or similar software.
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills.
