Job Summary:
The Head of Talent Management CoE is responsible for designing and implementing talent management capability development and performance frameworks that enhance business performance. They lead succession planning assessment frameworks and performance management to ensure highpotential talent is identified developed and retained while driving nationalization initiatives. Additionally they oversee HR communications and employee engagement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
CoE Management:
- Construct align and integrate talent management capability development and performance system infrastructures that establish competitive advantage.
- Oversee L&D through a broad range of fit for purpose strategies that clearly demonstrate increased individual team and business capabilities and performance.
Performance Management:
- Establish and maintain bestinclass performance frameworks and systems that drive behaviors of a performance culture.
- Lead the performance management process across all entities ensuring universal commitment to highquality practices across the group whilst generating valued data reporting.
- Support conversations on commissions bonuses and increments by providing accurate and objective employee performance data that identifies high potential differentiates and rewards critical talent.
Assessment Frameworks:
- Broad subject matter expertise in competency frameworks and assessment methodologies that identify and grow capabilities.
- Development of predictive analytic databases and benchmarks that support succession retention and development decisionmaking. Integrate into recruitment practices to maintain standards.
Succession Planning:
- Develop and implement succession frameworks policies and SOPs. Lead the process focusing on leadership competency development and risk mitigation while addressing key talent gaps with senior leadership. Significant contribution to Nationalization aspirations and goals.
Communication & Employee Engagement strategies:
- Lead HR communications and engagement efforts ensuring clear consistent messaging and the groups brand equity as an employer of choice. Emirati employer of choice.
Qualifications :
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
- 12 years in HR with 5 Years in TM
- 810 years in Talent Management
