As a Sales Operations and Administration Intern you will support the sales team in streamlining operations managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient sales processes. This role will provide valuable exposure to sales strategies tools and customer relationship management while enabling you to develop analytical organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations Support
- Assist in managing sales data generating reports and analyzing sales trends.
- Support the creation and maintenance of sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Update and maintain customer databases (e.g. CRM tools).
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of salesrelated data and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. finance logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage contracts agreements and other sales documentation.
- Support in preparing presentations and sales proposals for meetings.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings.
