Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Site Admin with a construction background to join our team. The Site Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction site operations ensuring smooth and efficient daytoday operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all administrative tasks related to the construction site including but not limited to filing data entry record keeping and document control.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate submission of projectrelated documents.
- Prepare and maintain reports logs and other project documentation as required.
- Monitor and track project progress ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget.
- Maintain and update employee records including attendance leave and overtime.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings site visits and other projectrelated activities.
- Provide support to the project team as needed including preparing presentations reports and other documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes procedures and terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required Arabic language skills are a plus.
