Job Overview:
Elevate Ventures is launching a fullservice digital marketing and advertising agency in Dubai and we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Agency Manager to lead operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Urdu experienced in managing digital marketing campaigns and adept at client onboarding and pitch writing. The role requires a strong background in digital strategy traffic acquisition and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the digital marketing agency.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Write compelling pitches and proposals for potential clients.
Lead client onboarding ensuring a seamless transition into the agencys services.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative environment.
Implement performance tracking and reporting systems for digital campaigns.
Ensure alignment with company values and operational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
Proven experience in digital marketing preferably in an agency setting.
Strong background in SEO PPC social media marketing and content strategy.
Exceptional writing skills for client pitches and marketing materials.
Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing teams.
Knowledge of traffic acquisition strategies and performance marketing.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
