Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Direct Reports: Graphic Designer
Working Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM to 6PM
Job Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the companys brand presence across all channels with a strong focus on social media. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent brand messaging increasing customer engagement and maintaining a strong market position in the lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and increase awareness.
- Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of marketing materials and social media content to align with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy creating engaging content and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the design and social media teams.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified brand message across all marketing channels including digital print and social media.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in brand management or marketing with a strong background in social media management.
- Skills: Excellent communication creative direction and project management skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
